Non mi sprecherò in battute, non le ho mai trovate divertenti.
Spero che abbiate passato delle buone feste e un Capodanno divertente! Come molte di voi sapranno, ho passato il Natale dai miei in Veneto e poi sono partita con il mio ragazzo alla volta di Parigi: ci siamo rimasti quasi una settimana e abbiamo visto tantissime cose. E' stato stupendo, abbiamo fatto più di 1000 foto e mi piacerebbe dedicare un post sul mio viaggio, inserendo alcune delle foto più belle.

Sono stata alla mega Sephora degli Champs-Élysées (e non solo in quella!) ed ecco il video-resoconto della mia avventura e dei miei acquisti.

I hope you had a good Christmas and a funny New Year's Eve! As many of you know, I spent Christmas with my parents in Veneto and then I went to Paris with my boyfriend: we stayed almost a week there and we saw so many things. It was amazing, we took over 1000 photos and I'd like to dedicate a post on my trip, incorporating some of the best pictures.

Of course I've been to the mega Sephora of the Champs-Élysées (and not only in that one actually!) and here is the video-report of my adventures and my purchases.

Sono partita anch'io per i glitter. Da quando ho scoperto questo metodo per rimuoverli è finita, ho ceduto al loro fascino. Conoscendomi, so benissimo che questo schizzo sarà più che momentaneo, quindi ho acquistato qualcosina di Essence.

Ecco lo smalto topper glitter Circus Confetti. L'ho provato su un rosa Barbie della Kiko, ma lo proverò anche su base nera: dev'essere pazzesco.

I fell in love with glitters. Since I discovered this method to remove glitter nail polishes I said to myself "ok, go with glitters!". I know this fashion won't last for me, so I bought something inexpensive by Essence.

Here's the topper glitter nail polish Circus Confetti. I tried it on a Barbie pink by Kiko, but I'll try it also on top of a black polish: it must be awesome.

Smoky Copper

(Premessa: io alle 8.30 del mattino litigo con il focus della Reflex. Mi autofustigherò per questo.)

Per la seconda volta in una settimana ho fatto questo smoky e lo adoro. Trovo che questo genere di colori mi stia molto bene, mi scaldi un po' il viso. Questa palette di The Body Shop è davvero davvero bella: ha colori naturali, satinati/shimmer e il color albicocca è un tocco veramente adorabile, vivacizzante.

La pecca è: trovo questa palette un pelo poco scrivente. Per "sparare" il colore vi consiglio di usare una base grassa (matite-paint pot-ombretti in crema). Io ho fatto così e ho applicato i colori albicocca e bronzo pressandoli con le dita. L'illuminante e il colore più scuro sono più pigmentati e applicabili/sfumabili tranquillamente con i pennelli.

Nel complesso, la resa è così bella, i colori mi stanno così bene che non mi interessa troppo se due ombretti su quattro non sono pigmentatissimi; guardo allo splendido risultato: è amore!

For the second time in a week I made this smoky and I love it. I find that this kind of colors suit me well, they warm up a little my pale face. This palette by The Body Shop is really really nice: it has natural colors, satin / shimmer finish and the apricot colour is a really lovely and bright touch.

The downside is that I find this palette not too pigmented. To "pump" the color I recommend using a greasy base (pencils-paint pot-cream eyeshadows). I did so and I applied the colors apricot and bronze pressing them with my finger. The highlighter and the darker color are more pigmented and easy to apply/blend with brushes.

Overall, the result is so so beautiful, the colors are so good that I don't care too much if two out of four colours are not too pigmented, I just look at the beautiful result. It's love!

Menzione speciale alla matita Copper Brown: morbidissima, non cola, scrive perfettamente all'interno dell'occhio e come eyeliner, si sfuma da dio. E il colore... aiuto.

Ma se per i suddetti è amore, cosa devo dire di questo rossetto? Mi dispiace che in foto non si colga lo splendore e la nuance delicatissima e perfetta di questo rossetto.
E' un rossetto sheer, idratante, con una buona durata (4 ore almeno su di me), di un colore albicocca. Il risultato è un delicatissimo nude coloratino, a dir poco incantevole. Lo finirò tipo in 3 settimane, me lo sto mangiando!

  

Special mention to the pencil Copper Brown: soft, it doesn't melt, it writes perfectly in the waterline and as an eyeliner, it blends beautifully. And the color ... oh gosh.

But if it is love for the above-mentioned, what can I say about this lipstick? I'm sorry that the picture does not grasp the splendor and the shade of this delicate and perfect lipstick.
It's a sheer lipstick, quite moisturizing and long-lasting for being a sheer one (4 hours at least on me), an apricot color. The result is a delicate coloured nude, enchanting to say the least. I'll finish it in like 3 weeks, I'm eating it!

Quando ho visto quest'immagine sulla pagina ufficiale di Inglot su Facebook, sono rimasta fulminata.

When I saw this image on the Inglot's official Facebook fanpage, I was struck.

Sono gli ombretti della collezione Freedom Noble.

Tentata dalla splendida Alessia (responsabile dello store in Porta Ticinese - Milano), sono andata a vederli e me ne sono portata a casa tre. Hanno una texture pazzesca, non sfarinano neanche a pregarli e hanno un finish incredibile, sembra metallo liquido.

They're the eyeshadows of the Freedom Noble collection.

Tempted by the beautiful Alessia (manager of the Porta Ticinese store in Milan), I went to see them and I bought three. They have an awesome texture, they're not "powdery" at all and their finish is spectacular, they seem liquid metal.

I tre colori che ho scelto sono incredibili se usati da soli; ho provato a fare un trucco usandoli tutti e tre ma i colori si perdono fra loro.

The three colors I chose are amazing when used alone, I tried to do a makeup using them all, but the colors lose themselves among eachother.
